Price Book

The Price book section under the SETUP-Price books Panel in PracHQ holds data of all the price book entries of the price book.

Price book module has the following features:

Price book Entries List

Price book entries list is a list view of Price book entries submodule. Price book entries list has following features:

First/Previous/Next and Last buttons

You can navigate through the price book entries list by using the First/Previous/ Next and Last buttons at the bottom right of the list.

Items per page

You can select number of price book entries to be displayed per page by clicking on the Items per page drop down and selecting a number. By default 10 is selected.

Sorting Price book entries list with columns

1. Price book entries list can be sorted by the Name column. Click on the Name column header.

2. Price book entries list is sorted in either ascending on descending order based on name.

View Price book Entry

1. To view a price book entry, click on name of the price book entry that you want to view.

2. Price book entry details window pops out.

Add Price book Entry

1. To add a price book entry, click on Add Price book entry icon button on the top right corner of Price book entries page.

2. Create New Price book entry window pops out.

3. Enter all valid details for adding Price book entry and click button.

4. Price book entry is successfully added and Admin is navigated back to the Price book entries list page. 'Price book entry saved successfully' message appears in toast.

Edit Price book Entry

1. To edit a price book, click on name of the price book entry or click the editicon button showing at the end of the row of the price book entry that you want to edit.

2. Price book entry details window pops out in edit mode.

3. Update the details and click button.

4. Price book entry details are updated and Admin is navigated back to Price book entries list page. 'Price book entry saved successfully' message appears in toast.

Delete Single Price book Entry

1. To delete a price book entry, click the delete icon button showing at the end of the row of the price book entry that you want to delete.

2. A pop up window appears confirming the delete action.

3. Click button.

4. The price book entry is deleted from Price book entries list and 'Price book entry deleted successfully' message appears in toast.

Delete Multiple Price book Entries

1. To delete multiple price book entries, select the check box displaying on each row of price book entries list for each price book entry that you want to delete and click delete icon button showing at the top right corner of the price book entries list.

2. A pop up window appears confirming the delete action.

3. Click button.

4. The price book entry/s is deleted from Price book entries list and 'Price book entries deleted successfully' message appears in toast.
