Getting started with PracHQ

Before you begin this tutorial, sign up for your free trial of PracHQ Medical Practice Cloud. This guide will help you set up your medical practice, so keep this tab open while you sign up. Go on, we'll wait here.

Logging into PracHQ

PracHQ allows users to log in using your Username and Password, provided to you by the System Administrator.

Once you have entered your user credentials, click Log In button to access PracHQ.

Remember me

If you want to avoid entering your PracHQ user credentials at every login you can select the Remember me checkbox so your PracHQ user credentials are saved within the system.

Forgotten Password

If you forget your PracHQ password and cannot access your PracHQ user account, you can use the 'Forgotten Password' feature to re-send your password to the email address associated to your user account. Clicking the 'Forgot Your Password?' link on the login form will display the forgotten password form.

In this chapter we have demonstrated how to access PracHQ using the login form. We have also established how to use the remember me functionality to let the system save the user credentials and also how to use the forgotten password functionality to retrieve a users password in the event of the password being lost or forgotten.
