Clinic Tasks

The Clinic Tasks module in PracHQ can assist Users with productivity, offering a way to record Tasks and to-do items that require action.

Clinic Tasks module has the following features:

Clinic Tasks List Filters

Clinic Tasks list has the following filters:

• Priority

• Scheduled

• Today

• Done

Search Clinic Task

1. To search for clinic task, click on Search text box and enter search text.

2. Click on Search icon button.

3. Clinic Task/s that match the search criteria are listed in the Clinic Tasks list.

View Clinic Task

1. To view a clinic task, click on the clinic task row from the clinic tasks list that you want to view.

2. User is navigated to the clinic task detail page.

Add Clinic Task

1. To add a clinic task, click button.

2. User is navigated to Add task page.

3. Enter all valid details to add a task and click button.

4. Clinic Task is successfully added to the Clinic Tasks list and user is navigated back to the Clinic Tasks page.

Edit Clinic Task

1. To edit a clinic task, click on the clinic task row from the clinic tasks list that you want to edit.

2. User is navigated to the clinic task detail page in edit mode.

3. Edit the details and click button.

4. Clinic task is edited and user is navigated back to the clinic tasks page.

Mark Clinic Task as Important/ Remove Important from Clinic Task list

1. To mark a clinic task as important, click on the ! mark next to the clinic task in the list that needs to be marked as important.

2. Clinic task is marked as important.

3. To mark a clinic task unimportant, click on the highlighted red ! mark next to the clinic task in the list that needs to be marked as unimportant.

4. Clinic Task is marked as unimportant.

5. Another way to mark a clinic task as important, click on the kebab menu button next to the clinic task in the clinic tasks list that needs to be marked as important.

6. A menu pops out with the options

• Mark as done

• Mark as important

Click Mark as important.

7. Clinic Task is marked as important.

8. Another way to mark a clinic task as unimportant, click on the kebab menu button next to the clinic task in the clinic tasks list that needs to be marked as unimportant.

9. A menu pops out with the options

• Mark as done

• Remove important

Click Remove important.

10. Clinic Task is marked as unimportant.

Mark Clinic Task as Done/ Undone from Clinic Task list

1. To mark a clinic task as done, click on the kebab menu button next to the clinic task in the clinic tasks list that needs to be marked as done.

2. A menu pops out with the options

• Mark as done

• Mark as important

Click Mark as Done.

3. Clinic Task is marked as done.

4. To mark a clinic task as un done, click on the kebab menu button next to the clinic task in the clinic tasks list that needs to be marked as undone.

5. A menu pops out with the options

• Mark as undone

• Mark as important

Click Mark as undone.

6. Clinic Task is marked as undone.

Delete Clinic Task/s

1. To delete clinic task/s, select the check box displaying on each row of clinic tasks list for each clinic task that you want to delete and click delete icon button showing at the top left corner of the clinic tasks list.

2. A pop up window appears confirming the delete action.

3. Click button.

4. The clinic tasks are deleted from Clinic Tasks list.
