Communications

Communications section lists all the emails and sms sent to the patient confirming the patient's appointments with the practitioners or the quotations emailed to the patient. Communications section has the following features:

Communications List

Communications list is a list view of emails and sms sent to the patient. Communications list has following features:

First/Previous/Next and Last buttons

You can navigate through the communications list by using the First/Previous/ Next and Last buttons at the bottom right of the list.

Items per page

You can select number of communications to be displayed per page by clicking on the Items per page drop down and selecting a number. By default 10 is selected.

Sorting Communictions list by columns

1. Communications list can be sorted by the following columns:

   • Type

   • Sender

   • Date

   • Status

2. Click on any column header to sort the list according to the column. For e.g. Date

3. Communications list is sorted in either ascending on descending order based on date.

View Email

1. To view an email, click anywhere on the email entry in the list.

2. Email detail window pops out.

3. Click button.

4. Email detail window closes and user is navigated back to communications list page.

View SMS

1. To view a sms, click anywhere on the sms entry in the list.

2. Sms detail window pops out.

3. Click button.

4. Sms detail window closes and user is navigated back to communications list page.
