Patients

The Patients module is the centralised base from which you can create an association with most records in PracHQ. Patient is related to Orders, Quotations, Payments and Appointments. Patient in PracHQ holds all information specific to a patient.

Patients module has the following features:

Patients List

Patients list is a list view of Patients module. Patients list has following features:

First/Previous/Next and Last buttons

You can navigate through the patients list by using the First/Previous/ Next and Last buttons at the bottom right of the list.

Items per page

You can select number of patients to be displayed per page by clicking on the Items per page drop down and selecting a number. By default 10 is selected.

Sorting Patients list with columns

  1. Patients list can be sorted by the Name column. Click on the Name column header.

2. Patient list is sorted in either ascending on descending order based on patient name.

Search Patient

  1. To search for patient, click on Search text box and enter patient First Name or Last Name.

3. Patient/s that match the search criteria are listed in the patients list.

Add Patient

2. User is navigated to the Add Patient page.

Edit Patient

Delete Patient/s

2. A pop up window appears confirming the delete action.

4. The patient/s is deleted from Patients list and 'Patients successfully deleted' message appears in toast.

2. Click on Search icon button.

To add a patient, click on Add Patient icon button on the top right corner of Patients page.

3. Enter all valid details for adding Patient and click save icon button.

4. Patient is successfully added and user is navigated to the tab of added patient's detail page. For patient's details, please refer to .

To edit a patient, click on name of the patient or the edit icon button showing at the end of the row of the patient that you want to edit.

To delete patient/s, select the check box displaying on each row of patients list for each patient that you want to delete and click delete icon button showing at the top right corner of the patients list.

3. Click button.
