Patient History

Patient History page holds the medical history detail of the Patient. Patient History page has the following tabs.

• Medical Tab(Default)

• Allergies Tab

• Family Tab

• Social Tab

Edit Patient History

1. To edit patient history, click the editicon button at the bottom right corner of the page.

2. The patient history page is changed to edit mode.

3. Edit the information in all tabs.

4. Click save icon button.

5. Patient History details are updated and Patient History page is changed back to no edit mode. 'Patient history saved successfully' message appears in toast.
